Refund or Replacement Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective NFC card
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and share clear images and a description of the issue.

Important Notes

  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued if the NFC card has already been used or activated.
  • Return shipping (if requested) will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless the issue was caused by Tap Infinity.
  • Once your issue is verified, we will either initiate a refund or dispatch a replacement—based on your preference.
