Processing & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Timeline: After dispatch, your order will typically be delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are applicable on all orders and will be calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Return and Replacement Policy

Due to the customized nature of our NFC cards, we do not accept returns unless:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product
  • You receive the wrong item

If any of the above applies, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by providing clear images and a description of the issue.

Once verified, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Initiate a refund (as per your preference)

Note: Refunds/replacements will not be processed if the card has already been activated or used.

Return Process (If Eligible)

If eligible for return, please send the product back to the return address below. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship the replacement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from our side.
